PURPOSE:To make it possiblet to perform mutual utilization of registered data and to make it possible to execute the processing of the assembled data for every commodity by any electronic scale, by connecting a plurality of the electronic scales having the registered data of different kinds of commodities by a common bus line. CONSTITUTION:In every electronic scale, a weight detecting part, an operation and control part, a display part, a printer, a memory part, an input part and the like are provided. In the electronic balance 1, 70 kinds of different commodities from call numbers 1-70 are registered. In the electronic scale 2, 70 kinds from the call numbers from 71-140 are registered. In this way, the various data of the different commodities are registered in each electronic scale. The electronic scales 1-10 are connected by a common bus line 8, so that the data can be transmitted and received mutually. When a commodity is measured, the call number corresponding to the commodity is inputted, and the registered data is once stored in a set memory. The measured value, unit price, price and the like are computed and printed on a receipt and the like.
