PURPOSE: A mold-type metal pipe and a method for repairing and reinforcing the inside of a sewage pipeline using the same are provided to maintain the expanded diameter of the metal pipe using a locking member after expanding the diameter of the metal pipe to a desired diameter so that an operator can easily enter inside the sewage pipeline and perform the required repairing tasks. CONSTITUTION: A mold-type metal pipe(8) is installed inside a gel-type curable pipe body(6), which is installed inside a repair pipeline(5), and the curable pipe body is cured. Locking units(9) are installed on overlapped ends of the metal pipe when each portion of both ends of the metal pipe is rolled up. The diameter of the metal pipe is expanded in correspondence to the inner diameter of the repair pipeline using an expander and the expanded diameter is maintained by the locking units. The gel-type curable pipe body is formed by a FRP(Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic). |
