PURPOSE:To make improvements in sealability so sharply as well as to make a seal member machinable ever so easy, by forming the endless ring seal member, whose inside diameter is slightly smaller than an outside diameter of a seal attached part, with a platelike seal bank having elastcity. CONSTITUTION:A seal member 15, being of washer type, is made up of an endless platelike ring flat plate, while a bore diameter of a center hole 15a is set to be smaller than an outside diameter of a seal attached part 10b of a piston, and the outside diameter, namely, width is set to be slightly narrower size than groove width of the seal attached part 10b. This seal member 15 is made up of a thin platelike seal blank having elasticity slightly by means of punching. This seal member 15, as shown in illustration, is attached to the seal attached part 10b of a piston 10. |
