PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition having excellent low-temperature curability and corrosion resistance, and containing a reaction product of a specific component such as epoxidized polymeric compound, etc., a reaction product of a specific component such as a diglycidyl compound, etc., and an organic acid manganese salt, etc. at specific ratios. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be prepared by compounding (A) 100pts.(wt.) of a reaction product obtained by the reaction of (a) 100g of a polymeric compound having a molecular weight of 500-5,000 and an iodine value of 50-500, and containing 3-12(wt)% C-C double bond and oxirane oxygen, (b) 30-300m-mol of an amine compound of formula I [R1 and R2 are 1- 20C (OH-substituted) hydrocarbon group], (c) 0-200m-mol of an alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid of formula II (R3 and R4 are H or methyl) and (d) 200-50m- mol of an unsaturated fatty acid having a molecular weight of 100-350 and containing >=10% conjugated C-C double bond, with (B) 10-200pts. of a reaction product prepared by reacting 1mol of a diglycidyl compound of formula III (R5 and R6 are H or methyl; n is 0-20) with 2mol of an alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid of formula IV (R7 and R8 are H or methyl) and (C) 0.005-1.0pt. (in terms of metal) of an organic acid manganese salt, etc.
