FIELD: ceramic industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of vitreous slips for coating of raw or annealed ceramic articles. Composition of vitreous slip includes the extruded granules containing 5-85 wt% of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and 5-85 wt% of at least one other additive for ceramic glaze selected from a suspension agents (water-swellable clay), thickening agents (natural water-soluble polymers), different from CMC, preservative agents, biocides, defoaming agents, binding agents, deflocculating agents, plasticisers, deaerating agents, leveling agents and mixtures thereof. Said components are more than 40 wt% of dry material granules. Granules are added to vitreous slip in the amount of 0.05-5 wt%.EFFECT: technical result is optimization of processing and dosing additives into the vitreous slip, reduced lump formation in the vitreous slip.11 cl, 5 tbl, 4 ex |
