发明名称 DETECTION OF FUSION ZONE ROOT IN BLAST FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make effective use of the discriminated position of the fusion zone root in a blast furnace for control of said position by discriminating said position from the characteristic of the distribution of the rate of utilizing gas intrinsic to the blast furnace obtd. from the result of the actual measurement in the furnace and the rate of utilizing gas determined from the actually measured gaseous component value in the specific position determined from the actually measured distribution of the rate of utilizing gas in the specific operating condition. CONSTITUTION:The position where the rate of utilizing gas attains zero and the position where the rate of utilizing gas starts decreasing toward zero from an approximately specified region right above said position are preliminarity determined in the distribution of the rate of utilizing gas from the top to bottom of the wall part in the blast furnace under the stable furnace condition at a low fuel ratio. The CO and CO2 component values of the gas flowing in the furnace near the position where said rate of utilizing gas is zero and near the position where the rate of utilizing gas starts decreasing are measured. The rates of utilizing gas in both positions are then determined. The position of the fusion zone root is discriminated in accordance with both rates of utilizing gas and the distribution characteristic of the utilizing rate.
