PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tag molding machine which can bend and mold a tag without damaging it.SOLUTION: A tag molding machine comprises a transport unit 20 which transports a tag 2, and a bending unit 40 which folds the tag 2. The tag transport unit 20 is constituted of a transport base 21 for supporting a rear surface of the tag 2, and a rotating body 26 which contacts with a surface of the tag 2, and is rotationally driven. The bending unit 40 comprises opening/closing means 45 which can reciprocate in a direction in which a pair of press block 41, 41 approximate each other or are separated from each other. Furthermore, the transport base 21 is constituted of a horizontal face 22 which horizontally supports the tag 2, a lower inclined face 23 which is formed so as to descend frontward from the horizontal face 22, an upper inclined face 24 which is arranged in parallel with the lower inclined face 23 with a prescribed clearance, and a stopper face 25 which is continuously arranged at the lower inclined face 23 and the upper inclined face 24, and abuts on a tip of the tag 2 which passes through the clearance. By this constitution, since the tag 2 can be supported in a salient state, the tag 2 can be easily bent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
