PURPOSE:To enable the installation and removal of a device and the maintenance effected by arranging a limited slip differential device at the outside of a differential gear support bearing on a differential sidegear shaft and between a differential final gear and a differential sidegear shaft. CONSTITUTION:In a transmission case M which is composed of a right case 1 and a left case 2, the left case 2 is allowed to be a rear axle housing simultaneously so as to enable a limited slip differential device A to be contained inside, and the right case 1 is allowed to contain a differential gear device D at its center. The rotation of a shaft 20, to which a rotational power is transmitted through a HST transmission, allows a front wheel drive power transmitting shaft 21 to rotate through a gear train, and simultaneously allows a differential final gear 5 to rotate through a differential gear device D. A differential gear device A is arranged on a differential sidegear shaft 8L which is located outside a bearing 42 that is fitted in outside to support a gear 5. This configuration allows the differential final gear 5 and the gear device D to remain as they are even if the device a is removed.
