CHEMICAL COMPOSITION FOR REGENERATION OF GRAPHITE LUBRICATING RELEASE AGENT

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent microorganism contamination and to maintain the dispersion stability of graphite for a long period of time by constituting a chemical compsn. for regeneration of a graphite lubricating release agent at specific volume of an alkaline antisceptic and at specific concn. of aq. ammonia. CONSTITUTION:The alkaline antisceptic is incorporated, by volume, at 5-65% and the aq. ammonia of 35-95% concn. at 8-25% into the above-mentioned compsn. The mixing ratio of the alkaline antisceptic and aq. ammonia is determined at such a ratio at which the pH of the regenerating liquid is adjusted to about 9.0-10.0 and the concn. of the antisceptic is incorporated therein at about 0.01-0.12% concn.
