PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency by forming a means for varying the inclination angle of a barrel and a work feeding chute and a work discharging chute, in an apparatus for blast-processing a work supplied into the barrel which revolves in a blast chamber. CONSTITUTION:A cyclone separator 5 equipped with a hopper chamber 4 and a blower 5a is installed into the upper part of a blast chamber 1. An abrasive- material reservoir 6 is formed at the bottom part through a rough burr removing sieve 13. Further, in the upper part of the side wall 1a of the blast chamber 1, a work feeding chute 14 is formed, and in the lower part, a work discharge chute 15 is formed. Onto the frame which can be turned around a shaft A in the lateral direction at the near center of the blast chamber 1, a barrel 2 is installed so as to be equipped with a rotary shaft B which crosses at right angles to the shaft A. In blast processing, abrasive material is blasted from a blast nozzle 3. In the captioned apparatus, the working efficiency can be increased by making a large-sized barrel. |
