发明名称 MEASUREMENT OF CHARGING AND DISCHARGING CURRENTS OF CAPACITIVE ELEMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable measurements in short length of time of current values in a condition when charging and discharging currents passing through a capacity element reached a stable condition, by measuring current values at 3 points on more and at specified time intervals beginning with start of flows of charging and discharging currents passing through the capacity element. CONSTITUTION:A capacity element 12 indicated by an equivalent circuit consisting of capacity 12A, series resistance 12B, insulating resistance 12C is connected to a DC source 13 provided with an inside resistance 14 and both ends of the element 12 is short-circuited by placing a switch 15 on 'A' side and the charged electric charge is discharged. Next, by placing the switch on 'B' side, a voltage V is applied to the elements 12 from the source 13. And, including starting measurement at the time when the specified time length has elapsed since the start of flows of charging or discharging, current values are measured by a current measuring means 16 covering 3 points on more at specified time intervals and a current value is calculated that flows through the element 12 after the required time, using the specified equation from these measured values. By proper choice of the time interval of current measurement, measurement of current after lapse of 10 times of the time constant defined by capacity 12A and resistances 12B, 14 with in a short length of time equivalent approximately to 1.4 times of the time constant can be predicted.
