PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of production by fitting a mouthpiece to the side part of a sleeve for feeding a molten metal and disposing a heat insulating bushing having small heat conductivity into such mouthpiece. CONSTITUTION:A hole part 22 is provided to the sleeve 20 for feeding a molten material 50 to a cavity 18 and the mouthpiece 24 is fitted thereto. The heat insulating bushing 32 having the small heat conductivity is fitted into an inside hole part 30 of the mouthpiece 24; at the same time, a duct 40 is joined to the bushing 32. The molten material 50 is fed to a duct body 42 and while the body 42 is heated by an electric heater 43, the molten material is fed into the sleeve 20. The sleeve 32 part having a good heat insulating characteristic can prevent cooling and solidifying of the molten material 50. The interruption of the operation of the device, etc., are prevented by the above-mentioned method and therefore, the cost of production is reduced.
