STEAM GENERATOR OF ELECTRIC HEATING COOKER

PURPOSE:To provide a structure having no possibility to produce such phenomenon as no-water burning of boiler by constituting a drain valve in such a way as to close regardless of the presence of boiler water when a water tank is seated in a feed water vessel and fixed by a holding lever. CONSTITUTION:When a water tank 35 fully filled with water is seated in a feed water vessel 33 and is fixed on the vessel 33 by mating the tip of a hook part 52 of a holding lever 51 on the upper edge of a feed water cylinder 34, the valve axis 47 of a feed water valve 38 contacts the working axis 46 of a drain valve 45 to open a feed water valve 38 and also close the valve 45 and the water in the tank 35 flows into the vessel 33 and then flows into a boiler 39 through a path 42. The water pressure in the boiler 39 is balanced with the pressure in the tank 35 and the boiler 39 keeps a necessary constant water level. Steam generated by heating a heater 40 is supplied to a heat cooking chamber 27 through a steam supply hole 42 and reduced amount of boiler water caused by steam supply is provided from the tank 35.
