PURPOSE:To obtain forming mold having excellent mechanical characteristics and high temp. impact and high pressure resistances by forming a forming mold and injection sleeve and piston, by high strength ceramics. CONSTITUTION:The forming mold consists of fixed molds a1, which is held by an one side of a fixed platens C1, C2 and arranges a movable hob 1 or insertions 2, and a movable mold a2, which is held to fit through a movable disk E by tightening bar D suspended between both fixed molds and arranges movable hob 1 or insertions 2. One side or both sides of the fixed molds and the movable mold are formed by the high strength ceramics and also the injection sleeve F injected to fill up molten metal into the fixed and movable molds and piston G inserted as slidable in the injection sleeve is formed by the high strength ceramics.
