POLYMERIC ENCAPSULANT FOR AQUEOUS DRILLING FLUID

A novel use of a family of terpolymers in a drilling fluid for steam assisted gravity drainage. More specifically, a drilling fluid, comprising a polymer dissolved in an aqueous phase, wherein the polymer is a terpolymer based on repeating units of a first type of hydrophobic moiety, a second type of hydrophobic moiety and of an anionic charged group.
