PURPOSE:To improve the production efficiency by forming a conducting part by applying in a dot shape a conductive paste consisting of a conductive fine particles, a thermosetting adhesives and an ultraviolet curing resin to a position for contacting at least seal part of a transparent electrode of one glass substrate, and curing it by projecting an ultraviolet ray. CONSTITUTION:A conducting part 4 is formed by applying in a dot shape, for instance, to a cylindrical shape, etc., a paste mixed with a conductive fine particles (its particle diameter is <=10mum) of gold, silver, nickel, carbon, etc., a thermosetting adhesives of an epoxy resin, etc., and an ultraviolet curing again of an acryl or epoxy resin compound, to the transparent electrode 2a of a position where for instance, the connection of a glass substrate 1a is required. Subsequently, an ultraviolet ray is projected to the conducting part 4, and it is cured. As for obtained one substrate 1a and the other substrate 1b, a seal part 5 is formed by bringing a sealing agent to screen printing, and by pressing and heating it, an object liquid crystal cell is obtained.
