PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition which can give a vulcanizate being excellent in low-temperature resistance, weathering resistance and oil resistance and having an interintruded polymeric network structure, by adding a polyurethane component to a vulcanizate of chloroprene so that the resulting composition may satisfy specified relationships. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. chloroprene rubber is mixed with a vulcanizer to obtain a chloroprene vulcanizate (A). Component A is mixed with a polyurethane component which is a component (B) containing 5-100pts.wt. polyester- or polyether-polyol, 0-15pts.wt low-MW polyol and a polyiso-cyanate or a compo nent (C) comprising 5-100pts.wt. prepolymer having at least two isocyanate groups in the molecule, 0-10pts.wt. low-MW polyisocyanate and at least one member selected from among a polyamine, a polyol, a polycarboxylic acid and water to satisfy the relatinships of formulas I-II (wherein tA-C are times necessary for the first differential coefficients of the increasing curves of the torsional moments of components A-C at an arbitrary temperature T to reach maxima).
