PURPOSE:To remarkably improve a productivity by inputting the bending pattern made by an automatic programming device to a control device and automatically manufacturing the reinforcing bar in the necessary shape by using a working machine with the control signal thereof. CONSTITUTION:All of the feeding means of a reinforcing bar working machine 1, cutter 6, bender 7, etc., are subjected to an NC control by the control signal outputted from a control device 2. In case of the bending of the reinforcing bar, a bending pattern is registered in an automatic programming device 3 or a correction is applied for the pre-registered pattern to make the bending data. This working data is inputted into the control device 2, the machine is automatically worked by the control signal thereof and the reinforcing bar in the necessary shape is made. Consequently the productivity can remarkably be improved compared to those which were of manual work almost in the part.
