PURPOSE:To reduce a friction of moving late and to minimize a driving means, by abutting a moving plate supported by a supporting body capable of moving up and down and moving selectively with driving means on an upper surfaces of plural piercing punches energized with an elastic force upwards by performing rolling reduction by a ram. CONSTITUTION:When the moving plate 9 is selectively moved according as which hole of 14a, 14b is punched, the piercing punch 7 or 8 is pushed down against the spring 26 and moved downwards for the support body 5. Then, the ram 11 is descended to push he moving plate 9 downwards, the supporting body 5 is descended opposing the spring 4 and a pad 6 is abutted on a thin plate 12. As the ram is descended further, the supporting body 5 is descended while compressing the spring 23, the piercing punch 7 or 8 is projected from the pud 6, the hole 14a or 14b is punched. Therefore, as the moving plate 9 is slid and brought into contact only with the upper surface of the punches 7, 8 so the friction force is small and the cylinder 10 is managed with smaller size.
