摘要 PURPOSE:To improve measuring accuracy, by irradiating two vertical laser beams from a 2-beam laser vertical gauge, receiving the laser beams from this laser beam vertical gauge and converting the light-receiving position of the laser spot into an electric signal. CONSTITUTION:A 2-beam laser vertical gauge 1 is provided right above a laser vertical gauge body 11 with one reflecting mirror 12 perforated with a small hole 121 inclined through an angle of 45 deg.. And, a part of the laser beam with a beam diameter ranging from approximately 15-20mm is allowed to run straightly through the hole 121 and the rest is directed horizontally and the other reflecting mirror 13 is arranged rightly near the other reflecting mirror 12 with an inclined angle of 45 deg. and by directing again the now horizontally running laser beam vertically, two parallel running beams consisting of straight running beam and bent beam. And, these laser beams are received on a semi-transparent light-receiving board 21 and positions of these laser spots are photographed from the back side with a TV camera 22 or the like to obtain X, Y co-ordinates of the centers of these laser spots. When X, Y co-ordinates of positions of these two laser spots, La, Lb are defined, a twist angle of a steel column theta can be obtained also by calculation.
