PURPOSE:To miniaturize and simplify the device by providing the cam mechanism forming a different rotary center by the rotary direction and rotating the clamp part engaged with the bending device at different rotary center. CONSTITUTION:The Oldham's coupling transmitting the rotation of a driving shaft 1 to the main shaft 4 located at the parallel position with its center position being displaced is provided and the cam device 8 moving the rotary center by changing the rotary direction is arranged as well. The cam device 8 is composed of a rotary shaft 34, two grooves, two pins 42, etc. In this mechanism, the rotation of the driving shaft 1 is transmitted to the cam plate 38 via the coupling 2 and the right and left bendings are performed with changing-over by changing the rotary enter by two cam grooves and pins. Owing to the movement of the driving shaft 1 becoming unnecessary, the device mechanism is simplified and miniaturized.
