ELECTROMAGNETIC POWER GENERATION TYPE ROTATION SENSOR

PURPOSE:To obtain the title rotation sensor suitable for a car, by providing a magnetic pole in a state divided into external and internal magnetic poles. CONSTITUTION:One terminal of an internal magnetic pole 3b is mounted to a magnet 2, and the magnet 2 and the magnetic pole 3b are received in a bobbin 5. A external magnetic pole 3a is bonded to the other terminal of the magnetic pole 3b by welding so as to be closely adhered thereto without forming a gap. A coil wire is wound around the outer periphery of the bobbin 5 having the magnetic pole 3b positioned therein to form a coil 4. The bobbin 5 and the coil 4 are received in a case 6 and the magnetic pole 3a is arranged so as to be partially protruded from the case 6. The magnetic pole 3a and the case 6 are sealed by welding so that the interior of the case is not exposed to external environment. Both terminals of the coil 4 are respectively connected to an output lead wire part 7 to transmit the output voltage generated in the coil 4 to the outside.
