PURPOSE:To obtain an insulating coating compound having improved heat shock properties and heat resistance, by blending a thermosetting resin with a fixed amount of a coupling agent of titanate type. CONSTITUTION:(A) A thermosetting resin (e.g. polyester imide resin, polyimide resin, etc.) is blended with (B) 0.1-10.0wt% coupling agent (e.g. iso propyltridodecylbenzenesulfonyl titanate, etc.) to give the aimed insulating coat ing compound.
