PURPOSE:To improve stability and to improve riding sensation, by a method wherein the central part, being a portion mounted to a hub, of a wheel and a rim part are intercoupled through an Oldham's coupling, and are resiliently supported by means of a resilient body. CONSTITUTION:A central part 1 of a wheel and a rim 3 are respectively engaged as a sliding pair with two sets of intermediate members to form an Oldham's coupling. The central part 1 is supported so that it is actuated resiliently only in a radial direction. This constitution prevents damaging of riding sensation even if a flat tyre having high longitudinal and lateral rigidity is used and enables improvement of riding sensation.
