PURPOSE:To obtain a blackbody furnace of below the vicinity of a room temperature, having high accuracy, by supplying a current to an electronic cooling element and cooling it so as to become below a set temperature, and also, bringing a heater to a heating control and setting a temperature of a soaking plate of the bottom face of a cavity part to a set temperature. CONSTITUTION:A soaking plate 2 such as Al which has been brought to a melanic processing is provided on the bottom part of a cavity part 1, and on this soaking plate 2, a temperature sensor 3 such as a thermocouple is provided, a heater 4 is provided so as to come into contact with the soaking plate 2, and also, an electronic cooling element is provided so as to cool the soaking plate 2 through the heater 4. They are held by a holding member 6, and a radiation fin 7 is provided on the back part of the member 6. In order to realize a blackbody furnace of a prescribed temperature of below the vicinity of a room temperature, the soaking plate 2 by supplying a current for setting a temperature to below a target set temperature, from a power source 81 to the electronic cooling element 5, its temperature is detected by the temperature sensor 3, and executing a heating control by the heater 4 by a power source by a control means 9, the soaking plate 2 is set to a target temperature. In this state, from an opening hole of the cavity part 1, a radiation thermometer is aimed at the soaking plate 2, and used for a scale calibration, etc. |
