PURPOSE:To reserve reception paper subjected to confidentiality designation while securing the security by discriminating the presence of confidentiality designation from the received information and carrying the reception paper subject to confidentiality designation to paper exit exclusive for confidentiality designation. CONSTITUTION:A control section 21 discriminates whether or not a data received from a FAX transmission/reception section 24 has confidentiality designation information and registers the confidentiality information and the confidentiality level information in pairs to a memory 25 when the confidentiality designation exists. A print section 27 prints out an image subject to expansion processing by the control section 21 onto the print paper under the control of the control section 21. The reception paper subject to print-out is carried to confidentiality paper stacker 14(14a-14n) to be designated. The reception paper prepared in the paper stacker 14 is extracted by inserting an ID card 20 to the carrier inlet 15 of a card reader 23.
