PURPOSE:To enable reception order to be adjusted by storing reception order numbers corresponding to the number of times of reception of messages sent from respective transmitting origin processors in a control table for reception order number. CONSTITUTION:Each processor 10 has a transmission order number control table 13 and a reception order number control table 12. The transmission order number control table 13 is stored with transmission order numbers corresponding to the numbers of times of transmission of message to the respective transmitting origin processors. The transmission order numbers are set in the header of the respective message, so the order of transmission can be known in terms of time from the order number of each header. The reception order number control table 21 is stored with reception order numbers corresponding to the number of times of reception of messages from the respective transmitting origin processors, so messages with order number to be processed can be selected.
