PURPOSE:To make it possible to properly adjust the pressure of charged liquid even though errors occur in manufacture of components by adjustably providing an adjusting plug in a housing so that the adjusting plug faces one end surface of an actuating piston receiving the pressure of the charged fluid. CONSTITUTION:A load sensing valve 21 is composed of a proportioning valve 22 and a deceleration sensitive valve 23 in combination. Further, the valve 22 comprises a plunger 26 disposed in a small diameter hole 25b, a poppet valve 27 disposed in the plunger 26 and a compression spring 30 urging the plunger 26 and disposed in a large diameter hole 25a. An actuating piston 34 is disposed in the large diameter hole 25a, having its piston part 34a received in a cylinder part 36. In this arrangement an adjusting plug 42 is mounted in the housing 25 by means of a fastening nut 43 so that the adjusting plug 42 faces one end surface 34e of the piston 34 receiving the pressure of charged liquid.
