发明名称 FILAMENT WINDER TENSION CONTROLLER
摘要 PURPOSE:To control winding tension in a constant manner, by connecting an output shaft of a pulse motor to a manual voltage regulator, and making an oscillating pulse number variation in a controller almost correspond to a variation in driving torque to be assumed to a torque motor. CONSTITUTION:When a fact that tension of a filament W is shifted out of the specified value is detected by a tension sensor 10 of a dancer device 2, a controller 9 gets controlling a pulse motor 7, and automatically controls a manual voltage regulator 4 via an output shaft 6. This controlling method sets a pulse number and a pulse transmitting interval necessary to advance the pulse motor 7 into each step down to such one as the proper value by a setting signal out of a setting part of the controller 9, and increases driving voltage to a torque motor 3 by the manual voltage regulator 4 so as to accord with a torque variation curve to be extected to various wire diameters in advance. Thus, winding tension on a takeup reel is controllable so as to become constant all the time.
