PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compound on an industrial scale at a low cost, by reacting a dihalogenotriazole with an amino compound, adding and reacting an alkoxy-substituted acrylic acid derivative to the reaction product and reacting the resultant compound with an amino compound. CONSTITUTION:A 3,5-dihalogeno-1,2,4-triazole of formula I (X is Cl, Br or I) is made to react with an amino compound of formula H2N-R1 (R1 is H, 1-8C alkyl, alkenyl, aralkyl or allyl) in N-methylpyrrolidone at 100-300 deg.C to obtain a monosubstituted triazole derivative of formula II. The derivative is added with an alkoxy-substituted acrylic acid derivative of formula III or IV [R2 is lower alkyl; R3 is H or lower alkyl; R4 is H or -OR5 (R5 is lower alkyl)] and made to react with each other in the presence of a basic catalyst such as alkali metal hydroxide. The triazopyrrolimidine derivative of formula V obtained by the above reaction is reacted with an amino compound of formula VI (R6 and R7 are H, 1-8C alkyl, etc.) to obtain the objective compound of formula VII.
