PURPOSE:To improve degree of freedom in design of the product and the quality by forming a reinforced composite body with Al metal matrix and inorganic fiber, etc., and casting-in with molten Al metal after forming the specific chemical conversion treatment layer on the surface. CONSTITUTION:The molten Al-Si-Cu-Mg alloy is impregnated into aggregate of aluminum staples under pressurization and crushed and fractionated, to form the small blocks. The obtd. small blocks are added into the molten alloy having the same quality, to produce the reinforced composite body 12. The chemical conversion treatment layer composing of K2AlF5 is formed on the surface of the composite body 12 and set in the metallic mold. A split type core is used in the metallic mold and the metallic Al alloy is poured and the composite body 12 is cast in and joined. As the split core or the sand core can be used, the product having compricated internal shape is easily obtd. and the degree of freedom in the design and the quality of the product are improved.
