PURPOSE:To read information as normal information if this information itself has no error, by compensating a part, where a first condition is satisfied, of information stored in a first memory means with corresponding information stored in a second memory means. CONSTITUTION:The first condition and a second condition easier than the first condition are set in a control part 3, and information which satisfies the first condition is stored in the first memory DB1, and information which does not satisfy the first condition but satisfies the second condition easier than the first condition is stored in the second memory DB2. A part where the first condition is not satisfied of information stored in the first memory DB1 is compensated with corresponding information stored in the second memory DB2. Consequently, information on a track is read even if information does not satisfy another condition though said information is normal information. Thus, the information read efficiency is improved.
