PURPOSE:To prevent a developer from being immersed in the central hole part of a glass original disk, by blowing up a gas from the central hole part of the glass original disk at the time of developing, providing a shielding plate above the central hole part of the disk, and, blowing up the gas uniformly in the radial direction of the glass original disk. CONSTITUTION:The gas is blown up from the central hole part of the glass original disk. In such a case, a cavity is formed between the inner diameter part of the glass original disk 1 and the axis of the shielding plate 6, and holes to blow up the gas are provided at the supporting body 5 side of the cavity keeping equal intervals, and a device is constituted in such a way that the gas blown up from the hole is collided with the shielding plate 6, and the advancing direction of the gas is changed by 90 deg., and is blown up toward the radial direction of the recording plane of the glass original disk 1. And in a state where the gas is blowing up, the developer is supplied to the glass original disk with center hole for an optical memory through a nozzle 2, then, development to form the bit and the groove of a recording part is started. Afterwards, the developer on the glass original disk is washed off by dashing pure water through the nozzle 2. In such a way, the developer can be prevented from being immersed in the central hole part of the glass original disk. |
