PURPOSE:To protect a compact disk against impact and to prevent failure of the disk by inserting the disk between sheets consisting of an elastic synthetic resin and forming the sheets to a square shape at which mailing is possible. CONSTITUTION:An information recording medium 1 as represented by the compact disk is inserted between the vinyl sheets 2 and 3 having about 1-3mm thickness and the sheets 2, 3 are adhered by an adhesive surface 4 to cover the recording medium 1 and to protect the recording surface. This disk can be easily mailed by sticking a postage stamp 5 atop the sheet 2 and writing a name and address 6 thereon. The protection of the recording medium 1 is thereby enabled and further, the circular compact disk 1 is put into the mailable state.
