PURPOSE: To exactly receive information by combining plural locked data bytes of one unit from a main station with one data byte, and operating lock/unlock operations by a slave station. CONSTITUTION: A 6MHz oscillator is connected with an interface circuit 60, and an element 62 is provided with a control element (POR) for resetting a circuit at the time of applying a clock and a voltage. A ready signal, POR, and clock signalsϕP and 1P are outputted from the element 62. A block 68 prepares a parity bit, detects an acknowledge bit, and stores various control bits and state bits for analysis or inquiry. Also, information is exchanged with a control system so that mutual action with an RAM 70 can be constituted. An RAM 70 has 8 bit data width, and the number of bytes is decided by an application. A block 72 is connected with a local control system, and it is provided with a data gate with 8 bit width. A bock 74 is an interface unit for an I<2> C bus.
