PURPOSE:To obtain a strongly bonded laminate, which posseses heat resistance and water resistance and layers, by a structure wherein the main component of primer has specified polybutadiene and hardener and at least either one of olefin-based layer and the primer layer contains organic peroxide. CONSTITUTION:The laminate concerned consists of olefin-based resin layer, primer layer and metal layer. The primer layer mainly consists of polybutadiene, which has epoxy group and is liquid in normal temperature, and hardener, which reacts with epoxy group. Further, at least either one of the olefin-based resin layer and the primer layer contains organic peroxide, which reacts with both said olefin-based resin and polybutadiene in the prime layer so as to form chemical bonding. Or thin organic peroxide layer s provided between the primer layer and the olefin-based resin layer, resulting in bonding both the layers. |
