PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling-embedded air conditioner whose installation height is simply and easily adjustable without forming a large opening portion in a decorative panel after mounted on an air conditioner body. SOLUTION: The ceiling-embedded air conditioner comprises a plurality of hanging bolts 3 and the air conditioner body 1 hung down from the hanging bolts 3 via a body adjuster A having the decorative panel 2 mounted on the front face. The body adjuster A consists of a hanging ring 5 fixed to the hanging bolts 3, a fixture 4 fixed to the air conditioner body 1 so as to be moved up and down along the hanging ring 5, and an adjusting screw 6 threaded to the hanging ring 5 and loosely fitted to the fixture 4 so that its up-and-down movement is restricted. In the decorative panel 2 located at the lower part of the body adjuster A, a through-hole 9 is provided into which a adjusting tool 11 is inserted for turning the adjusting screw 6.
