ALUMINUM JOINT PRODUCT, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ALUMINUM PIPE USED FOR ALUMINUM JOINT PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum pipe having improved corrosion resistance and aluminum joint product which uses the pipe and has excellent joint strength.

SOLUTION: The aluminum joint product includes: an aluminum outer pipe, provided with a porous aluminum oxide film having 20-500 nm in thickness formed on the surface side and barrier-type aluminum oxide film having 3-30 nm in thickness formed on the base material side with a small hole having 5-25 nm in diameter formed in the porous aluminum oxide film; an aluminum inner pipe, provided, in the outer surface layer, with a porous aluminum oxide film having 20-500 nm in thickness formed on the surface side and a barrier-type aluminum oxide film having 3-30 nm in thickness formed on the base material side with a small hole having 5-25 nm in a diameter formed in the porous aluminum oxide film; and an adhesive layer jointing the aluminum outer pipe and the aluminum inner pipe.
