PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a battery etc. without conducting a work process in which a tip side portion of a separator is arranged along an inner periphery of a hollow part of a winding product.SOLUTION: A winding core 10 is formed including a first sandwiching member 12 and a second sandwiching member 14 (a pair of sandwiching members) which sandwich a tip side portion of a separator (a belt-like member). The second sandwiching member 14 includes a slide surface 40 extending in an oblique direction relative to a rotation center axis C and on which the tip side portion of the separator slides when a second fixing part 28 is attached to a rotary jig 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
