PURPOSE:To execute sure and good dehydration treatments with force dehydrating parts even if the dehydrating characteristic of a material to be treated varies by providing an automatic control device for the supply rate of the material to be treated and a governor control device which operates automatically the governor of the turning filter cloths in said dehydrating part to the 1st gravity dehydration part. CONSTITUTION:The 1st sensor 18 which detects whether the supply rate of the material to be treated to the 1st gravity dehydration part A1 is within a set range or not and the 2nd sensor 19 near the upper stream side of a thickness adjusting roller 11a which adjusts the thickness of the material to be treated are provided. A supply device S is controlled in the supply rate by the automatic control device 20 in accordance with the information from both sensors 18, 19 so that the cake to be supplied from the part A1 to the 2nd gravity dehydration part A2 is controlled to the specified thickness. The 3rd sensor 21 and the 4th sensor 22 near the upper stream side of a thickness adjusting roller 11b are provided to the dehydration part A2 as well. The governor control device 24 which operates automatically the governor 3 of the 1st turning filter cloth 4 of the part A1 in accordance with the information from the sensors 21, 22 is provided to supply stably the cake at the specified thickness from the part A2 to the force dehydrating parts B, C, D. |
