PURPOSE:To conduct the completion test of a power cable line simply. CONSTITUTION:When the completion test of a power cable line is conducted, the section where the works have been already completed partially undergoes the completion test. Namely, cables 3-7 and connecting boxes 12-15 whose works have been already completed are the object section of the partial completion test. Terminating parts 21 and 22 are provided to the cables 3 and 7. A transformer 31 for generating a completion test voltage is connected to the terminating part 21. A test voltage is applied to the transformer 31 by a generator 32.
