PURPOSE:To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device which can obtain desired reliability and circuit performance by setting fixedly an output voltage of an internal voltage generator to an optimum state corresponding to a variation in an optimum operating voltage due to a variation in a process, etc. CONSTITUTION:A limiter 2 in which MOS transistors ML1, MI2 as level shifters and diodes D1, D2 as amplitude limiters are connected in series with each other is provided at an output node N1 of a booster circuit 1. A fuse 11 for fixedly setting a function is provided at the transistor MI1. The transistor MI2 is fixedly set at its function by a MOS transistor MP1 connected in parallel therewith, a buffer 3 for controlling the transistor MPI, a fuse 12 for fixing an input level of the buffer 3, etc.
