PURPOSE: To enable a revolving door to more efficiently inhibit unauthorized persons from entering a room by installing a plurality of sensors to the door for detecting persons authorized or unauthorized and, at the same time, causing the door to give a warning to an unauthorized person outside a circular arcuate zone when the person tries to enter the zone and, when the person enters the in addition, to stop the motor of the door. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of sensors which detect authorized persons having authorization cards, such as magnetic cards, etc., is installed to prescribed spots of a revolving door 1. In addition, a controller connected to each sensor is installed and a motor which drives the shaft 2 for rotating door blades 3 is controlled by means of the controller. When an unauthorized person tries to enter the door 1, the controller issues a warning outside a circular arcuate zone 5 and, when the person enters the zone 5, stops the revolution of the door blades 3. Therefore, the entering of the unauthorized person in a room can be inhibited without revolving the blades 3 reversely. |
