PURPOSE:To efficiently remedy elliptical parts generated specially on a thin- walled cast tube in a round shape all over the length. CONSTITUTION:The cast tube 2 is supported by a pair of supporting drive rolls 7, 7 in the horizontal direction, rotated round the axis, the tube 2 is pressed by a remedy roll 13 from the upper part and the elliptical parts of the tube 2 are remedied into a round shape all over the length, then, the 2nd stage of remedy is conducted by a small amount of thrust. |
