The adjustment throttle valve has a closure element (3) detachably mounted in the mouth area of the bore (8). This biases the valve body (9) towards the inside of the bore. The valve body is supported on the valve housing (7) by a stop element inside the bore (8). The elastically deformable seal (10) is deformed between either the closure element or stop and at least one counter face on the valve body to produce a resetting force which fixes the valve body in its relative position inside the bore. ADVANTAGE - The seal both fixes and seals the valve body inside the bore with minimum of expense.
