PURPOSE:To acquire important information by storing information at the time of a fault generation in a storage means, reading out fault information at the time o executing recovery processing from a recovery processing function, saving only the fault information read out from the recovery processing function when the recovery is succeeded and saving both of them when the recovery fails. CONSTITUTION:The subject method is provided with a storage means 3 storing a fault generated in an information processor 1, a recovery processing function 11 executing the re-try when a fault is generated in the information processor 1, and an SVP 6 saving the information stored in the storage means 3. The state of a fault generation in executing the information processor 1 is scanned to be stored in the storage means 3, a recovery processing function 11 makes the information processor 1 execute the re-try operation, and the fault information is read out from the recovery processing function 11. The SVP6 saves the information stored in the storage means 3. |
