<p>PURPOSE:To provide the subject new compound having excellent absorbability and useful as an antimycotic agent. CONSTITUTION:The compound of formula I {R<1> is (substituted)aryl; R<2> and R<3> are H, F or alkyl; R<2> and R<3> may together with bonding C form a cycloalkyl ring; R<4> and R<5> are H or (substituted)alkyl; R<4> and R<5> may together with bonding C form a cycloalkyl ring; A is 0 or group of formula II [R<6> is H, (substituted)alkyl, aryl or acyl]}, e.g. 2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-1-(4,4-dimethyl-5-oxo-2- pyrazolin-3-yl)-1,1-difluoro-3-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2-propanol. The compound of formula I can be produced by reacting a compound of formula III (R<7> is carboxyl-protecting group) with a compound of formula IV [R<6a> is H, (substituted) alkyl or aryl].</p> |
