发明名称 CATALYTIC COMBUSTION DEVICE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a discharging of non-ignited gas and widen an adjusting range of combustion heating calorie in a catalytic combustion device. CONSTITUTION:A communication hole 15a of an auxiliary catalyst layer 15 arranged at a downstream side of a main catalyst layer 4 is vertically arranged with its downstream side being higher than its upstream side. A discharging passage 19a is formed at the downstream side of the auxiliary catalyst layer 15 and an air flow passage 20 is formed at an another flow passage. Combustion gas flowing in an upward slant direction from the main catalyst layer 4 under a convection flow action is flowed into the auxiliary catalyst layer 15 in its direction, its disturbed flow is eliminated and a disturbance in catalytic reaction in the auxiliary catalyst layer 15 is eliminated. A flow of combustion gas is made smooth under a cooperative acting of chimney of the discharging flow passage 19a and an ejector action of a discharging port 19b in the discharging passage 19a opened into the air flow passage 20 where air fed form a blower fan 21 is flowed, thereby a catalytic reaction in the auxiliary catalyst layer 15 is sufficiently performed and then discharging of the non-ignited gas can be eliminated. With such an arrangement, a combustion calorie can be reduced and an adjusting range of the combustion heating calorie can be made widened.</p>
