<p>When a shell of an egg inserted into and supported by a supporting hole (5) of an egg supporting plate (11) is cut with an egg cracking blade (12) movable in a direction of crossing the egg, whereby a cracked egg is dropped and supplied, an egg shell cutting position and a position where the cracked egg is dropped and supplied are changed. According to a second invention, there is provided a cracked egg case moving device (4) for moving a cracked egg case (10) of an egg cracking unit which cuts the egg in a direction crossing the vertical axis of egg, from an egg cracking position to a cracked egg supplying position. According to a third invention, a difference in phase is formed in the moving direction of the egg cracking blade (12) movable in the direction crossing the egg between a cracked egg supplying hole (6) of the cracked egg case for dropping and supplying the cracked egg and the supporting hole (5) of the egg supporting plate, and a cracked egg introducing mechanism (2) for introducing the cracked egg toward a cracked egg dropping hole (22) having a difference in position in a moving direction of the egg cracking blade in plan view with respect to a cracked egg receiving portion (21) opposed to the supporting hole of the egg supporting plate.</p> |
