<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an IC card which is easy to assemble and sure to prevent, a semiconductor device from being broken by the static electricity from a human body or the like. CONSTITUTION:A first connector terminal 32a of a connector 32 connected to a first land 31d of a printed wiring board 31 is connected to a first terminal 10a as a ground terminal of a semiconductor device 10 via the first land 31d for connecting the connector and a firs land 31a for connecting a part. At the same time, the first connector terminal 32a is electrically connected with a protecting cover 24. Accordingly, the first terminal 10a of the semiconductor device 10 is shortcircuited with the protecting cover 24. A coil spring required for a conventional IC card becomes unnecessary. The IC card can be assembled easily and the semiconductor device 10 can be surely protected from the breakage by tone static electricity.</p> |
